Details for Fundraising with Poskón

For fundraisers, we offer the Classic 32 oz Pot. The special price for this type of fundraiser is $2.95 per unit plus tax ($3.29). The minimum order is 120 units; for orders of fewer than 24 to 119 units, the price will be $3.25 plus tax ($3.62). Tax exemption will result in a higher profit; this must be submitted in advance when placing the order.*

Fundraising can be carried out in a variety of ways:

  • Pre-sale: Each participant will make sales on the established dates. We provide a digital spreadsheet for recording sales information.
  • Poskón Unit Allocation: Distribute units among the participants according to the established goal.

The resale price will depend on the goals you set, but we recommend a range between $5 and $7.

  • Christmas Flavor: Coconut & Cinnamon (available from October to early January)

The product in its classic packaging has a shelf life of up to **6 months**. Although the product has a long shelf life, all orders are prepared with product manufactured that week or made to order to guarantee #alwaysfresh. It is important to avoid exposing the product to high temperatures, sunlight, or high humidity.

Each box contains 24 units (it can be a mix of flavors) and has dimensions of 12” high x 14.25” wide x 19” long.

Promotional Materials

We offer customized digital promotional sheets and a pre-sale chart:

  • Promotion Sheet: Include the desired title (which replaces “Poskonera Class 2026”), the flavors you wish to sell, the selling price, and the pre-sale deadline, if any.
  • Pre-sale Table: Space where each participant can record notes on sales made.

If you wish to conduct a fundraiser, please contact us to begin working on the digital promotional flyers and pre-sale chart. Once you have your final order, please send it to orders@poskonpr.com at least 5 to 7 business days in advance of your desired date to ensure product availability and freshness. Payment can be made on or before the pickup date, and accepted payment methods are: cash (exact change), check payable to Productos Marra LLC / Poskon, or bank deposit. If your institution or organization has a tax exemption, please include it with your final order.

  • If you wish to place an additional order after the initial one, and it is less than 120 units, we will maintain the price for the next 3 months from the date of the original order. The minimum order will be 24 units.

Pick-up is available at our factory located on Ave. Laurel, Bayamón, PR (5 minutes from the Costco near the filters). Delivery is available upon request. Our business hours are Monday through Thursday from 9 am to 4 pm and Friday from 9 am to 2 pm. We deliver island-wide for an additional fee depending on your location.

Another option for fundraising is selling Sala'O Classic Popcorn at events.

  • Rental of 10-gallon “Warmer” and “Bulk” containers with paper bags:
    • Rental: Weekday - $35.00 / Weekend (Friday to Monday) - $45.00
    • 1 10-gallon "Bulk" Classic Sala'O flavor + 70 small paper bags - $24.35
    • “Bulk” 10 gal Sala'O Extra Classic flavor - $18.75
    • Small paper bags - $0.08 each
  • Sale of ½ Yard of Sala'O Classic Popcorn:
    • 30-149 units - $2.00
    • 150+ units - $1.65
  • Prices do not include taxes. Freshness is approximately one week.
