Our Product Details

All our popcorn is made with coconut oil and NON-GMO corn.

Freshness Time

- 32oz fl containers: up to 6 months
- 10gal, 5gal and 2.5gal bags: approximately 2 to 3 weeks
- 2oz Kraft and Conical bags and 4oz Bag: approximately 2 to 3 days

Important: No popcorn product should be exposed to high temperatures, direct sunlight or humid environments, as this may affect its quality and freshness.

All our containers are recyclable and, even better, reusable to store whatever you want.

Order and Shipping Policy

Pick-Up

All orders placed are final sale.

If you wish to change the pickup date, you must notify us by email at ordenes@poskonpr.com including your order number and the new desired date.

For flavor changes, you must contact the same email address with the change instructions and the order number. All changes will be subject to availability and production stage.

All orders are made to order to ensure freshness. The preparation time for pickup orders is approximately 5 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday).

Orders placed 5 days or less in advance of the desired date will be subject to an additional "rush fee" starting from $30.00.

All orders must be picked up on the coordinated date. Due to the fresh nature of our products, orders not picked up within a reasonable period may not qualify for replacement or refund.

For deliveries within Puerto Rico, you can contact us through our email: ordenes@poskonpr.com. Delivery cost varies according to location and requested date.

Custom Products

All custom products, including labels, packaging, designs or graphic elements, require final customer approval before production.

POSKÓN is not responsible for spelling errors, colors, information or designs once they have been approved by the customer.

The final colors and appearance of the products may vary slightly due to lighting, printing, materials or production processes.

Once a custom order enters production, no cancellations or additional modifications can be made.

## Shipping

All orders are made to order to ensure freshness. The processing time for shipments is approximately 3 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday).

We are not responsible for delays, damages or losses caused by the shipping company once the package has been dispatched.

It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the shipping address is correct at the time of placing the order. In case of an incorrect address, the customer must cover the shipping cost again or can arrange pickup at our factory located in Bayamón, Puerto Rico.

Payments

All orders placed are final sale.

Orders selected for payment via ATH Móvil must be completed within 1 hour from the moment the order was placed. If payment is not received within that period, the order will be automatically canceled.

All payments via ATH Móvil must be made in the business section, searching for us as "Poskon". Please enter the exact amount of the order and place the order number in the payment notes.

Allergens

Our products are made in a space where different ingredients and possible allergens are handled. Although we take safety and hygiene measures, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control

POSKÓN will not be responsible for delays or non-compliance caused by situations beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, power outages, natural disasters, transportation problems or service interruptions.
