Order and Shipping Policy
Pick-Up
- All orders placed are final sale.
- For changes to the collection date, please notify us by email: orders@poskonpr.com with the new date and order number.
- If you wish to change the flavor, please notify us by email: orders@poskonpr.com with exchange instructions and order number.
- Every order is prepared at the time of ordering to ensure freshness, it takes a period of about 5 to 7 business days (Monday-Friday) to be picked up.
- Orders for pickup placed 5 days or less in advance of the desired date will incur a "rush-fee" charge of $30.00 and up.
- For deliveries in Puerto Rico, you can contact us via email: orders@poskonpr.com All deliveries have a cost depending on the location and the desired day.
Shipping
- Every order is prepared at the time of ordering to ensure freshness, it takes a period of about 3 to 7 business days (Monday-Friday) to be shipped.
- We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss of the package caused by the postal service.
- All shipping addresses must be checked; if they are not correct, shipping will be charged again or the order will be available for pickup at our factory located in Bayamón, PR.
Payments
- All orders placed are final sale.
- All orders selected for payment via ATH Móvil must be completed within one hour of the order being placed. Failure to do so will result in cancellation.
- All payments must be made in the business section; search for us as Poskon , write the order quantity and in notes write the order number.
